Pumpkin Bread

 

  • ⅔ Cup Oil
  • 2⅔ Cup Sugar or 2 Cups Honey
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Can (16-Oz.) Pumpkin
  • ⅔ Cup Water or ⅓ Cup If using Honey
  • 3⅓ Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ⅔ Cup Chopped Nuts
  • ⅔ Cup Raisins

 

Stir together all ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
