God established the first family in the Garden of Eden.

Adam and Eve’s marriage established God’s order for families for the rest of time. God declared that a man would leave his mother and father and a woman leave her home and they would become one flesh.

Though they might live near beloved extended family, this new family had a call and a purpose.

Families live in houseboats, trailers, cabins, shacks, house, caves, underground bunkers, straw huts, and apartments. Love makes those places a home.

It is a great privilege to be part of a family and to create a home for our spouse and children.
